Dear Friends....

Hello everyone, Please excuse my absence as I have not been feeling to well and was even in the ER on Thurs (feeling better now) as well as personal things I have been dealing with. I am in the middle of a journey right now that is very important to me and I need to take my time with it.

I have a couple of things to share with you. First of all I have opened an Etsy's store. Don't know how that will go but I will try it and we shall see how it goes. One has to stretch and use all the resources we can and this is one of them for me. Hopefully it will be able to start something fun and let me have another way to have another creative outlet. You can see my creations for my little store on the sidebar. Right now there is not much but its a start.

Also wanted to remind you about that amazing deal Stampin Up has right now about being a demo with its 3 easy Payments. If you have ever wondered about it NOW is the time to join. I would love to have you on my team.

Now if you have read all my rambling then you deserve a little card right? lol.. Well here is my card I created today. I have made it a goal to not only stamp for business but to stamp so I can show those people in my life what they mean to me and that is where I am right now. I am trying to stamp for them. If it wasn't for the love and support I would not do what I do. So this one is for one special friend who hopefully wouldn't see my blog for a while she's working hard right now so maybe she wouldn't check until this card gets to her! lol

For this card I used many of my favorite accessories like Kiwi Kiss ribbon and paper piercing and those so cute mini clips. I wanted a soft and special looking card. I hope she will like it as this sentiment could not be any more from my heart.

I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed day and as always thank you so much for stopping by!

Time Flies When....

Your so busy! lol.. I have been busy doing stuff about the house and personal things that I haven't had any mojo GASP.. I do have a couple of cards to share with you though. These well be my Easter cards I will be doing this year.
Here is my first card. See I told you I would stamp again using Fifth Avenue Floral! lol

For this one I used Handsome Hunter and ran it through my Big Shot w/my Textured Plates I LOVE THEM soo much they are awesome! and the ribbon is from my SAB ribbon bundle ..(only 2 more weeks to take advantage of Sale-a-bration!) I used my chalks to give my flower that pretty soft effect. All you do is stamp your image w/Versa Mark and then use your Chalks and and the Versa Mark will grab the chalk and give you this awesome look!

For this card I kept it simple and just used a piece of Urban Oasis DP (LOVE IT) and stamped the sentiment from All Holidays and again used my SAB ribbon.
This is especially nice when you have to do more then one card. I am off as my boys will be here soon. Hope your enjoying your St. Patty's day and thank you as always for stopping by!

Out of the Box &Blog Winner

Hello everyone :)
It is 65 degrees right now! GASP.. but its getting cloudy..BOOOO I haven't had a chance to go out yet but I will in a while as I will be going to church hopefully it will still be warm when I do go out there. Sorry I didn't post yesterday but if you visit my "Rambling blog" you'd know why! lol

So without delay the winner of my blog Candy is: PAM

So Pam if you would email me your addy @ ellie.augustin@hotmail.com I'll be sure to put your goodies in the mail for you.

Now for the Out of the Box part of my post.. These next 2 cards.. THEY ARE SOOOO Out of the Box for me.. You know when your just trying out things.. well thats what these were.. I wasn't going to post them but I said why not right?!

Ok for this first card don't laugh but I was watching that commerial for the Lotto-Take 5 "Little Bit of Luck" well it inspired me to do this as they are talking about having a little bit of luck and its a funny commerial... so I put them together and this is what I came up with.

Here is my little card :

It's almost a St.Patty's card too huh? I don't have any St.Patty stamps but have been seeing cards using hearts to make leaf clovers and so I used the smallest heart from my Heart to Heart punch and got my clover. The sentiment is from an oldie but goodie :Sweet Serendipity.

My next card I made because well at this time I can't purchase any new goodies but I do have stamps that have not seen loads of ink and this is one of those stamps I have that should get some love. Especially now that Spring is so close.

This card used Flight of the Butterfly. I think I've only used it once before! GASP right! lol.. I also used 2 colors I wouldn't have thought of putting together but if nature could why couldn't I.

Well I hope you had a wonderful day and are enjoying this Saturday as always thank you for stopping by!

Warm Thoughts

Hello everyone!

Hope everyone is keeping warm where they are here it continues to be BRRR cold here.. I can't wait for Spring! I can't say it enough!

For today I wanted to share with you a card I made for a special reason. Garrett's bday is coming up and I wanted to let his mother know that she(and their entire family) are in my heart and thoughts.

Sorry for that glare in the pic but its that I paper pieced the rose and clear embossed it. As well as the sentiment.

The clouds I did with the scallop circles (working on the video tutorial for them). I also decided to stamp the inside of the card to make it extra special.

I hope this card will let the family feel my love and my prayers for them.

Well as always I thank you for stopping by and be sure to stop by tomorrow as I will have my some Blog Candy along with my Diva Challenge for the week!
