Another Little Gift

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well. My youngest son has the Flu but thank goodness he is doing much better this AM he was running around in the house playing so that is always a wonderful sign he on the road to getting better.

Today I will share a gift I want to give to my Midwife this weekend when I see her for my yearly appt. She is such an amazing person and wonderful friend I wanted to bring a little something to make her smile.

This is what I made for her :



I was giggling because I DID color the J with a Mellow Moss Marker but on this Pic it still looks like its just naked! LOL)

Here is the inside :




I had fun making these simple but elegant cards I took one sheet from the YUMO Pack of Taste of Textiles and cut it it into 4 squares of 6x6 and scored in the middle to make my 4 cards. I also did add Cardstock inside on one side of each card so she will be able to use the cards as she wishes. I hope she likes it . The stamp set that I used is called Dear Friend its a Level 1 Hostess Set which is really beautiful and wonderful to watercolor which is what I used.

I learned how to make this quick project from the amazing Andrea she had actually made this for the holidays as a Hot Cocoa holder but I just turned it to card holder!

I am also in the process of making another tutorial video just had to pause in doing so since my son was sick but will have one up by the end of the weekend. I have actually gotten comments that you guys are enjoying them! HA.. really that makes me blush but I am glad you do.

Upcoming Fun!

Hello everyone! Happy Monday to you.. I like Mondays don't you? I don't like them JUST because House is on Mondays lol but because I feel its the start of the week, and its a way to start fresh and start being creative all over again!

With that said I have a project I want to share with you which actually will be an upcoming class next month!

Its a project showcasing Urban Oasis Designer paper YUMO. Included will be 4 notecards and this amazing little packaging! I LOVE IT!

OH How I love New Goodies

Good afternoon everyone. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. As for me I got a chance to create and have fun with some new goodies!

I have a couple of cards to share with you.

I must say my fav. thing right now that is making me giggle every time I use are the Textured Plates.. OH MY GOSH.. TOO much fun!

Here is my first card that I made using the Harlequin Pattern and Cute and Cuddly Stamp Set


I love that effect it gives the cards oh I already see so many projects using these Textured Plates.

Here is a card I made with I think thus far my fav. stamp set Fifth Avenue Floral and one of the new Designer Papers- Urban Oasis

Here is another card I made using the Urban Oasis D.P. and one of the single stamps- Flowers in Silhouette. The ribbon is a preview of what is going to be available for SAB!




I have one more card I wanted to share but my camera needs to be charged. When it does I will post that one as well.

Baby Gift

Good Saturday to everyone!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday afternoon. Today I want to share with you a little gift I made for my Husband's Friend. His girlfriend and him just had a baby and I wanted to make a little something and we are suppose to stop by tomorrow and see them. I wanted to make something cute to give them that they could keep besides the little gift inside.


Well If you know me I have a thing for boxes and there has been this box has been everywhere and I just had to make it! To get the instructions just click HERE


So here is my project and its showcasing some some goodies that are going to be part of the SAB coming up VERY Soon starting in Feb!





This is what the box looks like. The Sentiment is from one of the stamps from SAB. Its really wonderful as it has so many sentiments in it!


This is what I put inside (I took off his ribbon and put some Stampin Up Taffeta ribbon! HA

I attached a card to the inside don't know if you can really see the sentiment but that is from the stamp set "God's Blessing" I did the swirl paper piercing by making a swirl on the back of the cardstock and then following the line to pierce it! I love how it looks :)

Do you see that Green yummy ribbon I used to close the box.. THAT as well is in the SAB coming in Feb. are you excited and drooling.. WAIT there is more so is the beautiful flowers that is one of the sets.. So do you want it all?
